DID THE MAYAN’S PREDICT WORMHOLES? (SciFi)
August 21, 2007 on 12:37 pm | In Science Fiction Art |“The Mayan calendar comes to an end on Sunday, December 23, 2012. Only a few people will survive the catastrophe that ensues.”
NO! I don’t believe in such predictions… LOL Yet in the world of imagination & art, concepts like the Mayan’s prediction and “Wormhole weapons” (SciFi Channel’s FARSCAPE) , combined with a little reality (NASA, Hubble, Space Shuttle) makes for the inspiration that brought about the weaving of this Science Fiction illusion. A Wormhole Storm is a Science Fiction (heavy on the fiction) concept of mine partially inspired by the SciFi Channel’s TV show “FARSCAPE.” The concept of a “Wormhole Weapon” intrigued me and already having developed my ruptured wormholes I soon envisioned them turning into massive storms, spawning off multiple shifting wormhole passages raging in space and tearing apart all within their grasp, scattering the matter throughout the regions the passages exits.
